Evening people . I have a 25ft twin engined fairline fury to move from horning wroxham to sandwich kent .Does any member know of a person or company who are reliable in transportation. I've been messed about by people who promise the world but deliver nothing. So here's hoping thank you

We used Chill Out Solutions twice in quick succession and they were very good. First trip was for the buyers of our Sealine S34 to the south coast. We then bought a boat on the south coast and planned to bring it back by sea but bad weather meant we couldn’t so at short notice they collected it from Port Solent and took it to Brundall.

I've used Abbey Transport (based in Norwich) a couple of times and found them very satisfactory.

Thanks people . Only I could buy a boat in a village on the broads were hgv boat movers are not allowed. Plan f then bcde are long gone trying to get this boat home to kent.

Can’t you move the boat to somewhere that it can be lifted onto transport? Any yard with a boat hoist and appropriate road access for a low loader will do it for you, at a price of course.

Not sure if there are options on the northern rivers but you could certainly get it done at Brundall Bay marina on the Yare. Tingdene operate the hoist and there is a big yard. Brooms yard in Brundall are another option. Be a nice trip round by water.

What is your air draught? Can you get her through Acle Bridge? That gets you access to Great Yarmouth and thence the sea! Being a boat it ought to get you to Sandwich, even if you do it in short hops. Alternatively you can get her to Cox's Boatyard at Barton Turf where they have a serious hoist and I should think the boatyard can arrange transport for you.
