Boat make and model?

If you're into seaworkers also look for Romany 22's, Mitchell 22's, Cox 22's and maybe Plymouth Pilots (24 iirc). All solid displacement diesel boats with mostly shaftdrive. The romany's seem especially cheap but would require a lot of updating.

I will have a look around

Also does anyone know what make and model this is?
It's a stern drive hull if that helpsView attachment 87609
planing hull
Looks very similar to a ‘Colvic Seaskate Fast Angler’ I had

Any idea what this is? 21 foot onboard setup with a very forward wheel house (exactly what I want, plan would be to extend wheel house back a bit with a few seats, but have a nice big deck)

That definitely may be the case!

The first boat I posted on this thread, which was identified as a Teal (18ft)

The owner had a 100hp outboard fitted

But I've been looking at more pictures of it
Does it look as though the transom has been modified to take outboard? Looks like a sterndrive hole has been covered to me?

I know some of the Teals from reading up had sterndrives

Would be definitely interested if I could convert back to an inboard engine and fit the lancing transom drive setup (or build one)
What sort of engine would be ok?
Small diesel? (1.8D, or perhaps a marinised 1.9TDi?)
Or would it need to be petrol due to weight?

Yes, I think its a Teal too
Popular at 20/ 22ft ish
Looks to be more like 18 though
Difficult to tell from the picture
Not bad boats at all back in the day
Quite heavily built
Well, stuff was then
Probably need an 80 to perform well with 4 peeps aboard
Hi sorry to jump on this post, but have noticed you have knowledge of the teals. I’m refitting one at the moment and trying to find any info on them is no easy task. Were they standard rated for size/weight of outboard? I’ve read many conflicting views on this subject.
