Anybody had any experience with them, but love to have it on the water, b ut out of the water so too speak. Are they a relatively new thing? Im imaging they are going to cost a few grand? Any inputs thanks guys

Are you on about the things that fit in your berth made out of plastic or the lifts that use water to lift you.
 
I had one, worth every penny, really liked it, only sold when I bought a bigger boat, Sold it for the same as I purchased it for (around £5k secondhand)
The lifts are way better than the drive up floats, as you don't need to rev a cold engine to get off it.
