Is there anywhere in Tenby to launch a 18' speedboat free?

There's a slipway onto the beach in the harbour next tothe yacht club, sand is hard enough to drive on. Roads are very narrow as we found out with an 18ft long 9ft wide catamaran. Saundersfoot might be a beter launching option.

Lydstep has a decent launch facility (tractor) and as i recall pretty cheap
