Boat insurance

My insurance renewal has just arrived and guess what - its gone up.
Also the area I am covered to sail in has shrunk.Europe as defined by my insurance company is no further south than 46 degrees N or East of 10 degrees E.
In other words Portugal, Spain, and the Med are out which is unfortunate as my boat is in the Med.
Can anyone recommend a company that offers cover for the Med to Canaries?
