Boat in PX for French House

I have a house for sale in Brittany which I am selling and when sold I want to buy a Power Boat. The thought occured to me, why not take a Boat in PX against my French House. My house was €320,000 and it is now €189,950. I would consider a 21- 26ft Power Boat with Inboard Diesel to the value of £40,000. Perhaps somebody out there has a boat for sale and wants to re-locate to France.
PS. Its a 6 bed detached (1978) with a 4 car detached garage, overlooking a lake, 10 miles from Josselin. I hour from St Malo
