Ordered some bulbs from this company on the 12th of this month, not received on the 21st so i contacted them. Was told they were out of stock but would be with me in a few days, i did say that it was a poor system that didn't warn customers that the goods they were ordering were out of stock.
Also ordered some different bulbs on the 24th, still not received anything from either order. Emailed twice yesterday, no reply. Just phoned and the guy who answered the phone didn't know what was going on.
Have asked for a refund, let's hope that's quicker than their dispatch dept.
Would suggest this lot are avoided.
