Has anyone had any experience of UK Planet Tools? http://www.ukplanettools.co.uk. Top merchant in my amazon search and they've got better drill/battery/charger combos on their own web site but they don't seem to respond to their site's query form or their "contact us" email. I'm inclined to think that if they don't respond before they've taken my money the chances of getting a response after aren't great...
