Don’t think you can go wrong with a Go-Pro, and a similar camera I think called a SJ1000 (?)

I have used our Go-Pro at up to 28knots on our last boat, no problem.

Staying attached to the screen can probably be achieved by virtually most of them.
What you really need to decide..... do you want a cheap bit of junk or something that works !
The market is swamped with rubbish mainly from Ebay.
"Which" magazine did a review recently.
Some were virtually useless in that the images were awful.
With the cameras you are really paying for the quality of the lens and the cameras ability to gather detailed images in less than perfect conditions.
Better to have a single good quality lens than two lens and a screen.
Should come with some software to display the encoded images on the storage card.
Most work with Windows !
On decent device you can set up the quality of the images recorded and hence how long the camera records before over wrting.
Believe some work with bluetooth to display live images on other devices.
They are NOT very water proof at all so one with some sort of cover over the memory card slot is useful .

Just personal gripe but buy one if possible with the full sized card not one of those widdy micro card nightmares .......:
...........and some of then have a sensitivity system where the camera goes into locked HD recording mode if your car is in a collision or perhaps if you come down hard after big wave :)
