Boat cleaning

I use https://www.amazon.co.uk/SHOWROOM-S...s=gateway&sprefix=Spray+on+car,aps,140&sr=8-4

I bought some after it was raved about in one of the owners boat sections in MBY - very happy with it.

Thanks. Mequiars seem to do something similar to the products above but not widely available in the UK...

Also, "Quickie Sauce" looks perfect but no UK stockists...

Just cleaned up a carpet used meguiars super degreaser and a stiff brush. This was wiped down / rubbed with a micro fibre before using Turtle Wax automotive carpet spray. They worked a treat.

Will need to check next time I’m on board. Good stuff recommended by Ade who fitted the carpets. At home we use Vanish.

Having three cats and a dog, we have the occasional accident. We've been using this in the house for some years and I'm finding it very good in the boat - https://www.dr-beckmann.co.uk/product/carpet-stain-remover/.

I'm still using Armorall for Vinyl as per your recommendation, it's also very good.

For general cleaning, I still like "Stardrops Multi-Surface Spray", cheap, gentle and effective.

The Dr Beckmann has worked really well for stains but the carpet (overmat to be more precise) is now looking rather grubby. Has anyone ever tried cleaning boat carpets with Dyson Zorb or the Vanish equivalent?

The alternative, is to take the overcarpet to a local dry cleaner who I think will charge €50 to clean it.

Whilst the Armorall seems to be protecting the white vinyl nicely, it's still looking a bit grubby. I don't want to use Magic Sponges or anything else that's abrasive. Anyone got any ideas for something that is a bit more powerful?

Also, we have a lady that comes and cleans the boat on demand but I do enjoy killing an hour giving the topsides a bit of a polish. Can anyone recommend a spray that I can use on a dry / clean boat to give it more of a shine (there's wax on there already)?

A bit of Googling has found...

I've been quite pleased with the 3m One Step Clean And Shine Wax. Great for faffing about on a boat that's already quite clean. I'll be trying the August Race equivalent next.
