Boat cleaner for dirty boat

I'm making the assumption our boat will need a good scrub before we can polish, what to use? Washing up liquid? Jif?

Clean the excess crud off with whatever cheap cleaner you usually use and a rinse with a high pressure washer, then oxalic acid ..... mixed with a bit of wallpaper paste to make a gel, or a bit of washing up liquid to make a foam - scrub into grubby, rust stained fiberglass and watch it return to its original colour in minutes. Use on a warm day, not much happens until it's in the high teens.
