Such a great guy, following a post on here trying to get laptop sound to car stereo he sent me his Belkin..... how good of him is that....thanks Boardsnowboarder /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

No - its a little box that plugs into the headphone port on any audio device and transmits the signal via a radio frequency so you can pick it up with your car (or any other) radio tuned to the same frequency.

Very handy for putting your music from laptop / MP3 player through your stereo!

Great if you set it up on the middle boat of a raft of five, and then have all boats tune their radios in. Or so I'm told, *ahem*.....

That's clever!... I feel the need to buy one now, even though I'll probably never, ever use it. It would end up in the cupboard next to the Remington "fuzz-away" /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif.

Just shows there are still some good peopole in the world....
It's really good , im using it now, if you put your ear to the mouse you might hear the quality of sound!
Not sure how good it would be with boat to boat though, although mine is in a foil insulated room transmitting to to ariel on the chimney about 40 ft up (at home)

What other good gadgets are out there for computers, I use it masinly for Nav with Transas & now can have good sound for DVDs etc. There must be more uses on board?
