No ... the threaded shaft has waggled around inside the cleat, and damaged the thread inside the cleat.
The nut/washer/backing plate are all still in place.
Photo doesn't really show that, and I'm not going out there now to take another.

Mooring line, new at the start of last season. Did not appear frayed or damaged on Saturday, but with those braided lines, you can't really tell by inspecting:

Thanks Paul, all fairly minor stuff, luckily. It could have been a lot worse.
The canvas was in "not great" condition anyway, so it's an excuse to smarten things up
