Not sure if this has been aired on here before, and apologies if it has, but I thought you guys might have an interest in Team GB in Japan, my interest is personal, as a long time friend has been picked to represent us, his name, Martin Phillips, I've known him as Blind Pew with the black spot for the last 25 years or so. PC guardians on here please don't take offence, it's our way of smiling at a disability that has not held him back in his chosen pursuits.
As I said to him when he first suggested getting into sailing, your eyesight won't be a problem, most of the yotist in the Solent can only see what they want to see
