Bleeding bennett trim tabs

Hi,
I have been told that bleeding bennett trim tabs is an easy fix. Just run them up and down a couple of times. I believe that includes all the way up to beach position..? - Also should I take off the filler cap on the oil reservoir before starting the procedure ? Thanks your help.

yes , that's correct. Just keep an eye on the fluid level as you do it.
