Photocopy or scan one from Reeds, edit it and recopy/scan

But wont an ordinary sheet of graph paper do the trick

Dont understand what you want to do.

What are you extrapolating?
There is normally a curve for springs and a curve for neaps, each covering the whole range between HW and LW and each covering the whole of one tidal cycle of a little more than 12 hours

many chandleries seem to have out-of-date copies of Reeds going very cheap. Obviously the tide tables will be useless, but most of the other data - including the tide graphs - remains valid for years...

FWIW I laminated some tidal curves a few years ago.
They are laminated with matt pouches (rather than the usual glossy ones) so I can use pencil on them without any difficulty. It also rubs off for re-use and they are waterproof for use on deck.
