Been suffering with this lately and have heard talk of alternative therapy. Would the M25 do the trick?

I think the only thing to cure it would be a bypass operation.
A lot of people suffering from BTS have tried taking drugs, but that seems to make matters worse, as they then end up taking car steroes, cameras, video recorders, flat screen tellys, blueberries, supermarket trolleys, hubcaps, dead liberties and much else.

You could try Rotherhithe as an alternative. May relieve the symptoms?
