Black Streak Remover

At this time of year, many boat owners will be cleaning the hull. Previously I have used the liquid Black Streak remover at around £3 a bottle from Aldi. This worked but was slow. SWMBO used trying the new Flash Magic Eraser kitchen scrubber pads from Asda and others. They really work. Soak the sponge, squeeze and then just wipe over the streaks. Easy. About £1 per pack of 2. A more powerful version is also available. Wear gloves.

They are worth a try.

They're cheaper on eBay if you look around and they don't last that long either. They are abrasive too (though it's very fine).
