Doesn't this seem strange, if reported correctly ?

Only a 6 month ban from driving a vehicle when caught @ 3 x the drink driving limit ? Minimum of 1 year ban for a car driver if 1.25% over the limit ( 81 mg compared to 80 mg allowed), at 300 mg , 160 mg over the limit in this case is + 200% ! Admittedly he was driving a mobility scooter when caught ( or rather , was driving one but was so drunk he fell asleep whilst drving it), but those mobility scooters can be driven on roads like cars can. Seems like a charter for drink drivers, get a mobility scooter.

I put it in the wrong forum by mistake, not a deliberate attempt to offend ! I couldn't figure out how to move it to the "Lounge" last night ! I still can't find a "move to" option in the edit post functions.

Certainly not offended, just puzzled. Unfortunately no idea how you move a post, maybe contact forum admin?
