Bishop Skinner

My boat insurance needs renewal by next week. I have been trying to contact Bishop Skinner by phone on two numbers and have got no reply for three days. An email only elicited an automated reply, but their website says they are 'open'. Does anyone know if they have gone on holiday for the week, month or whatever? I am going to have to find an alternative pretty soon if I can't contact them.

All sorted now. They've just called me following my email. Apparently it must have been that their lines were busy. Usually one gets an automated reply with the usual 'press 1 if...' message, but I had held on until cut off and had no means of seeing why.
