Ok, so we all know the jokes about the Birmingham Navy - and we may well have seen them setting out for disaster from many Welsh harbours. Nevertheless, there are probably dozens of able seamen on these fora that live in the Midlands.

So, how about an inaugeral meet somewhere?

I'm in Stafford, so anywhere from Stoke to Wolverhampton would probably suit. Now let's hear your ideas.
