We inherited a Jan 1992 copy of MBY with our used 1986 TS37 which contains a full test report on the TS39, too tatty to scan but I might be able to look up something if you ask a specific question, very similar to the TS37 which is same length overall pretty much it seems, tested boat had 2 x 300hp Iveco diesels giving 28kts WOT and 20 cruise.

I am looking for details on dimensions, draught etc. Anything really

LOA 12.25m/40ft 2ft. LWL 10.11m, beam 4.14m,drught 0.99m, 2x 300hp Iveco engines on shaft drives. Doesn't appear to have shallow keel like TS37 which is semi displacement. write up liked it pretty much.
