The phantom 40 were are trying to buy does not have a bimini top and I know nothing about them so my question is

Where would I be able to buy a bimini top including the frame and cover to fit this 2004 phantom 40, also how do they attach to the boat i forgot to look yesterday, are there some mounting points to fix the frame too. Does it need to be ordered when the boat is in build or is there a simple solution

cheers

Try here - http://www.flexicovers.co.uk/fairline/boat-model-detail/phantom-40-13.aspx

They make all the Fairline covers Etc

Shaun - Flexicovers are based in Poole which is only a short trip in your new boat and they work for Fairline - Princess and Sunseeker so must be a good co imho

Terry I bet they are a good company, but nearly 4k for a bimini top is a bit steep for me I would like to pay a bit less if possible but will have to see how this post pans out I may be expecting to buy one for a lot less than they actually cost so may have to wait a bit.

Dependant on where you will be keeping the boat you could try contact us at Tecsew for a quote.
Website is www.tecsew.com and bimini info is at www.tecsew.com/bimini

Best regards
John

John - Be good for you to have a landline number on your website also rather than just a 0845 number as it costs shed loads to call these numbers from a mobile.

We used Tecsew in 2009 to do a Bimini on our Princess 430. Did all the steel work needed and adapted our flybridge covers to suit at the cost of £1765. Did an excellent job on quite a tight deadline.

Shawn, the sun doesn't shine enough in Weymouth to bother with one, just spend the £1500 on a holiday in Majorca, I'm sure Nic would agree with me.

0845 is local call rate from anywhere in the UK as far as I am aware and not a premium no.
Our direct no is 02392 586640. We took an 0845 no quite a few years back to save customers long distance call costs. However with the abundance of premium rate no's these days, it's unfortunate that many people are now wary of 0845.
We would cover Weymouth at this time of year.
