Just read an earlier post that made me think. Recently purchased a dutch yacht to bring back to the U.K, Everything gone smoothly but I feel that a British 'Bill of sale' form rather than the large wad of paperwork that I have would be of more use once the boat comes home, where can I obtain the nessasary bit of paper,
Cheers in advance, Mick.

If you want it quickly you can download and print it yourself...

For Bill of Sale search on 4705 on that page. Lots of other interesting stuff there too.

The dutch ANWB has a standard contract for the sale of second hand boats. I believe they have an English version as well. Could be usefull if the current owner doesn't want to use the British form

You could always print out a blank BOS from the MCA site, fill it in, and forward it to the vendor for signature - presumably they'd be only be too happy to help ?
