I just receive info from Raymarine that they will give 60% discount on RL70 CRC Radar / Chartplotter . Ask their Dealers! <font color="red"> </font>

I think this is not the "Plus" version. Ordinary RL70CRC is available now at £850.

there has been some changes in law regarding band width and filters that may interfere with cell phones, so makers are 'dumping' all the old sets while they can still sell them. this could be the reason for the good price.

Do you know if they are planning to discount instruments too? Saw the ST290 for the first time at LIBS - much better than everything else I've seen, but they cost a lot so ought to be!

no idea, could just be a smoke screen to distract. think all the old radars are to be removed by some date for increased cell phone activity.

Serviceman from Raymarine give me info that discount will be on RL 70 CRC plus as they change model RL to E series. So who is interesting will be the best to contact Raymarine directly.

So "premium buy" in YM test this month suddenly goes down in price - if you can get one! One dealer told me that they sold 10 at the boat show in the first couple of days...
