I have just received a ludicrus quote for scraping off antifoul back to gell coat. Hence my plea for help.I suppose most, if not all of the contributors of this forum have enough work to do on their own boats.I am hoping someone might know of an able bodied person that might be intersted in the work? the boat is in the Southampton area

procede with caution Mad - boater this pair will need their zimmers modified to do the job. They will then raid your booze locker while making ribald comments to passing young ladies/forums/images/icons/laugh.gif

But yourself a skarsken (Spelling) scraper and a couple of blades, this will remove antioul coating and not scratch gell, then wipe off residue AF with AF thinners.
These scapers are good, as any good decorator will tell ask the sales guy how to use it..

Blades are sharpened by a file run along the blade.

<font color=blue>I object to the remark about Ribald Comments, I may be old but still have most of my hair and never drink Ribena.
