How equivalent is the HTC allan? Can you run the navionics chartplotting application on it?
Has a play with an I phone at the weekend and what a splendid gadget it is. Not a lot of practical application to the plotter software but good to mess around with.

I have only just been sent the hero and have never used an iPhone, so I don't think I am qualified to decide how equivalent it is. As it uses Android, which I think is from Google, I don't think iPhone apps will run on it.
