What a totally obnoxious and unnecessary remark. The only Richard round here is you I'm afraid, if that's your response to someone thanking you.
UXB said quite clearly that he'd heard of a drop in quality and, far from stating it as a fact, asked for confirmation or denial. One person had a few issues and he said that this concerned him. Another person questioned the heat exchanger design and he asked why they did that way.
Given that he's looking to spend a few grand on something that he may even be relying on for his life at some point he's doing exactly what I would do.
He's mentioned that he's heard of a drop of quality and he's mentioned it only in the very first post. He's actually strongly implied that's he's looking for people to convince him he should buy a Beta.
The only real "anti-Beta" comment has come from Sailorman, who said that Kubota were marinised.
I do hope you're just having a bad day.
