Some smart Alex' hide the link under what looks like regular text - not always helpful.
It is buried under the sentence "an interview with ...."

It's just a function of how the site is set up to enable posters to insert links into the text they post. It doesn't underline the link or change the colour of the text enough to make it obvious that it's a link. It should be an easy fix for the site admin to change the link text colour and underline it. When posting links I usually embolden and italicize the text to make it a bit more obvious, like the link in my signature, e.g.
