Beta 35 or 38

My prop is not a fancy one but was new about 4 years ago so don't want to change it if it can be avoided so the PRM 150 box sounds a good choice.A friend fitted a Beta 35 a couple of years ago and had a conversion to his box so he didn't change his prop,he also replaced a Volvo MD 17 with LH prop.It has an extra gear to change direction of drive,he says it is noisier than before so I won't go that route.Thanks for all your input

i have the PRM 150 box + a 450 m/m dia MaxProp.
i had to coarsen the pitch after removing the Perkins 4108. Both old & new engines were rated @ 3000RPM
