I've see a Sealine C39 called "Irene Forever" fondly known locally as "Irene For The Weekend" /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I had a boat called 'Mariner' She was a wooden clinker built.
The previous owner had Her sheathed with glass fibre.

Because She was sheathed the local Wags renamed Her.

Because She was sheathed and had a 'Prick' inside Her.
The Wags renamed Her.

My first boat was called Olosh, tried to sail it, but it's bows went underwater and it tried to sink instead. /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif

So I got a National Ospray and learned with that. Nearly [--word removed--] myself. /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif

Our present boat is called Nordic Bird but was Jennifer M originally - as seen in the Botnia brochure of a couple of years ago.
It was changed to the present one by a former owner who's wife was called Jennifer. They split up and his new love wasn't keen on having his ex wife's name on their boat. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Been having a few PM's with maybh1.

She knew the previous owner of my boat, well knew of him anyway, I met him a couple of times.

Anyway maybh and I had a few laughs.

I had an ospray too. What a dingy/boat they are. Once crossed the solent from gurnard to beaulieu in 12 minutes 3 up!!

Tried to trapeze on my current motorboat but steering is a bit tricky!

Laugh is, I bought the Ospray thinking it bigger for the labrador, two kids and us two. In my nievity. It frightened me to death once we got the mast up and sails on. It just sat there quivering. /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif
