Best Way To Heat A 55' Flybridge

We are looking at a princess 50 with rev/cycle air-con fitted. We would definitely need to have warm air heating as well, so i'm wondering how big a job it would be to have it retrofitted. Retrofitting the ducting would probably be quite challenging/nightmare?

We used our reverse cycle this winter in St Kats, it was fine even in the snow, just took a while to get going,so we used a fan heater for the fist half hour or so.
