On my way to SBS tomorrow, courtesy of Martyn!!
Whilst I'm down there, where's the best place to go for pre-owned (can't bring myself to say secondhand) Fairline & Princess boats in the 35-40 foot range?
Happy days......

Try Moody's used boat show at Swanwick and if you have time take a trip to Lymington. Both Berthon and Lymington Yacht Haven also have used boat (ok, ok pre-owned, at least you didnt say pre-loved, yuk) shows

Looked last year and found it all a bit of a bun fight

Found a boat 20 mins from home after all that bread throwing on the south coast.

Trawled round them all last year looking for some thing but weren't sure what we wanted. IMHO the choice of venue depends on your budget and we found that Lymington fitted ours best. Look through the little show leaflet thing and see which show has the most stuff that fits your budget then go there first. We did them all before deciding that the boat we wanted was the second one we had seen at the first show. A good idea is to take a video camera round with you and video the boats, it helped us keep some perspective.

It may be the early bird that catches the worm but its the second mouse that gets the cheese.
