Best sander for removing antifouling

Antifoul varies a lot.
It also progressively hardens as it dries out.
Soon after haul out, very coarse w+d is quite easy. I find the foam w+d blocks are good if you can buy them cheap from ebay or a market stall. Use wet, with a bit of fairy liquid.
When the a/f is drier and brittle, a scraper with a tungsten carbide blade works well, I have the Harris one. You can save on blades by cutting old electric planer blades in half with your dremel, they will still be sharp enough!
Even with hard racing a/f, you can lose a lot of it with a scouring pad while the boat is still afloat, or still wet.

If there is a lot on there, consider the soda blasting or whatever option, I've been well impressed how this can work on a wooden hull.
