I am thinking about selling my Sealine F44 and am currently debating with to get it to Prosser Marine or Burton Waters, has anyone had experience of selling/buying with either of these, good or bad?

Thanks

No, but what are you considering buying. I am sure you are aware that Sealine would offer you a first class trade in.

I am looking at a 25' to 27' crusier that I can tow, I would consider the S25 but the access to the aft slepping area is very small, I used to have the Bayliner 2655 and might look at one of those again once I have sold the Sealine.

The Sealine currently cost £5,800+vat for berthing which I just can't justify to myself.

I had more fun and enjoyed the smaller boat, I worry to much about the larger boat and it takes away the enjoyment.

Surely rather then sell the boat,a change of location!

Must be somewhere else a bit local that can provide cheaper moorings ?.What with the brokers fees etc ............

Was thinking that not the best location to sell fast cruiser of that size and perhaps move off lake would prove cheaper to moor and to sell if worst came to worst.

I would use Sheperds but WMV dont have the space to store the Boat whilst they are trying to sell it and also it not the best boat for Windermere any-more.

Also Prosser & Burton can both put it on the hard and valet/clean it up ready For Sale. It will cosy approx. £1k to move it to either

EyeNo, trading in a boat with anyone is throwing money away because you'll pay top dollar for whatever you buy to replace it. Much better to sell first and then wave cash at a dealer to get a sharper price

Hi Jim what year is she and what engines? I took one to Banus the other day for a customer, thought it had excellent interior. The engines seemed more dated than the boat though.

I know a good broker who specializes in Sealine selling hes ex Sealine saleman himself. PM me if you want info. Clive

Hi she is a 1999 Boat with 110 hours fresh water use, I bought the boat two years ago with 25 hours, the first owner never took her out, he upgraded to a 54' which I have never seen leave the marina.

The engines are the 370HP Volvo TMD63P with EDC controls
