Best paint for plastic?

My nav lights once black are now greyish with white patches. I needed to replace one so i bought a white unit and I want to paint the others white. What is the best paint to use for this, on hard plastic?

I've been very impressed of late with Zinsser paints, I've used their BIN, shellac-based paint to paint over varnished bulkheads and an interior one for painting the inside of various lockers so if it was me I'd probably give this one a try...

Halfrauds sell a plastic primer for refinishing bumpers. It works on many plastics. Then overcoat with your colour of choice.
Before painting, clean with something fairly aggressive like proper thinners, but don't leave on for long so that the plastic melts
