Best glue to re-attach a lift handle to a hypalon rib

There is a flexible two part epoxy which comes in the usual 2 syringe pack sold in chandlers as being suitable repairing a variety of things including hypalon. It has held my rowlock on after the 2 part glue supplied by AB failed after a month. Two other glues sold as being suitable for hypalon repairs also failed quickly.

The other glue that works is 3M 5200 but the cure time is longer and for some reason repairs made with 5200 always seem messy.

Bostik 2402 apply a coat to each surface allow to dry repeat then apply a 3rd coat and when tacky bring the 2 surfaces together trust me I used to do this for a living.

One of the handles on the tubes of my Walker Bay has come off.
WHat is the best thing to use to re-attach it? The tubes are Hypalon

Hi Jez, just spotted this...not sure what is good for sticking them on, but pretty sure what is good for pulling them off!

Oversized men in undersized ringo's?

It was a great day out and the walker bay was super at hauling us two grown men at ever increasing speeds on the two ringo's simultaneously.
I'm pretty sure that with the frankly endless repeated practice of emulating a pair of conkers crashing into each other at each high speed turn, we did eventually by virtue of survival, master the art of reboarding a ringo at sea to the slight expense of your handle.......

I'm out in a few weeks and I have some proper epoxy gorilla glue on site ( which is pretty impressive stuff) so if you want it, I'll leave some out. T
