Recently when this same question cropped up a few forumites suggested Kingston Marine Services on the East side of the Medina..

Paynes would be very competitive on price ... if the launching trolley will take the weight. You'd be in good company as there is simlilar Hillyard in permanent residence.

If it's just pressure wash antifoul and back in, people are saying good things about Sealift in Haslar.

Another couple of places worth trying are Wilsons Boat Yard and Hayling Yacht Co, both on the Chichester harbour side of Hayling Island.

+1 for Drivers, been using then for years now always good service and sensible pricing. Gareth is about the only person I would be happy to move my boat while I'm not there.

We are not lifting but drying out on grid, if this is any good to you, we are taking the boat up to Hardway Sailing Club (Gosport side of Portsmouth Harbour), they charge £10 per tide to dry out and £3/20mins use of the high pressure jet washer. They have 8 drying out bays.
