For getting in all those nooks and crannies in the engine compartment with small short lance.
Chum bought one from Ebay fro the boat and suprised by just how useful it was.
Do not need a blow holes in the hull type pressure !
 
I borrowed one to rinse off sanding dust on the hull on a foreshore using a bucket of water. Was brilliant. It was badged at 48v but ran exactly the same with a 18v makita battery. Would say power wise was same as putting your thumb over a mains pressured hosepipe.
Need a youtuber to do a uk cheap cordless pressure washer shootout to find the most powerfull.
 
Yes the real use for Lidl one on basis you already have a few Lidl batteries from other tools is that it can pump out from say a garden water butt or as said large double handled bucket etc. plus is clearly lack of power lead if using on boat or far flung garden locations .
