Best antifoul, particularly for barnacles?

I'm looking for an antifoul for the dinghy. Runs at 25kts typically and a daily run knocks off the slime quite well, but barnacles do build up. I like to leave it in the water and cleaning it is tiresome, so I thought I would antifoul it. Any suggestions of the most appropriate choice?

Assume it has a hard (GRP?) bottom, in which case a hard antifouling rather than eroding would be appropriate.

Silic One from Hempel.

Dead easy to keep clean. No barnacles for me on the Hamble.

Lasted 3 years on my last boat. Just applied to a rib which spends 364 days afloat.

The key is to go fast regularly which you appear to do...

You can buy both in powder form, add it in equal measures and the grow stays off for longer. No barnacles or coral worm.
Would that be so as to increase the active ingredient concentration? Maybe some tributyltin oxide too?
