Best adhesive for headlining-suggestions please.

Advice on adhesive and any other tips please. I have seen some nice jobs with panelling but the shape of my saloon ceiling(?)
doesn't lend itself to that treatment so it's just a like for like replacement.Thanks

Have you bought the new material yet? Is it foam backed?

I’ve just done my headlining throughout on my Westerly GK29. I used high temperature spray adhesive where the foam backed vinyl was glued straight to the GRP and pressure sensitive adhesive, both from Kayospruce, on the plywood panels. I strongly recommend you buy the correct adhesive from one of the major vinyl suppliers. I watched several how to videos before I started my job and some were using cheaper glues from DIY chains and then complaining that the vinyl was coming down again after 2 weeks. My view is that it’s job you don’t want to do again, so buy the right materials.
