My current supplier is 'quietly withdrawing' from the courtesy flag market. I suspect that a few dozen ½ yard sales per year is just not worth setting the machine up for.

I'm looking for a supplier that sells quality ½ yard courtesy flags with a toggle, I can't be faffed with those ones with a loop at the top AND who is willing to make a few one offs to a submitted design and am looking for recommendations.

While Google can find flag manufacturers they tend to post this sort of information on the website.

I had Flying Colours make me a defaced red ensign. The service was excellent but I cannot recommend the finished product. A 3/4 yard ensign was over £120. For that I was expecting something clearly top drawer but, in reality, it's not as good as the standard sewn ensign it replaced.

I'd previously dealt (in a small way) with Red Dragon Flagmakers, a (then) social enterprise based in Wales. Their reputation, service and quality were all good. It seems there have since been changes and I have no insight into the successor business, but it might be worth a look.
