Hello
When using our Besenzoni Hydraulic Gangway, the motor has smoke coming from it and after a few seconds it trips the fuse. Does anyone know how to repair/replace the motor or an engineer who can take care of it?
I've attached pics and you can see the burnt cable in the red box.
Its been working fine for years.
Thanks
Ray

Take the serial number and buy one on the net .
Common generic part those motors .
The cause is most likely water ingress into that switch panel. It’s shorting one of the controls on it , most likely the “in “ as it’s not extended.
So check that for corrosion and replace it too + reseal it better .

I'd start by undoing the two 8mm (most likely) nuts, removing the cover and having a look inside...
then I'd probably remove the motor and take it somewhere for a check/clean/brushes and repace the burnt cable.
if not I'd got porto's route!
