Bertram 25; what are they like?

I've been asked to help a friend look at one of these next week, and other than it's a US deep vee I don't know much. It has Volvo petrols I think. Any flaws I should keep an eye out for?

There was five styles available; Bahia Mar, Express Cruiser, Hardtop, Sport Convertible, Sport Fisherman.
Model was updated to Mk. II in 1968, original was launched in 1961.

I think its the third most popular Bertram after the 31, and 54 models.

Check the condition any grp encapsulated structural timber used if the boat is an early model, and besides the usual mechanical and cosmetic assessments, the hull performance in open water (when operated correctly) will be quite satisfactory.
