Fellow forumites,

What do you pay per year for berthing in your marina (in or close to Palma). What is included (electricity, water, tax etc)?
To me, especially berthing for 4,5*16 m boat is of interest.

Many thanks!

I have just viewed a phantom 46 in cala dor the rough mooring cost is 16000 euro per year including water and electric, there is space.

I also would like to add what a nice chap we met from the fairline office, he also gave me 3 tickets for s b s and hoped to see me there for a drink. Nice.

I was paying about €13000 per year in Club de Mar in Palma for a 15m berth when I left in 2009

The berth is as wide as it says and your boat must fit. The mooring posts on my berth for example are 3.75 apart. My boat is 3.66

Length wise probably not a major issue Per se but the 12 m berths give you about 15 m between the boats so much longer and getting in and outs a problem. Also if too big your neighbour will complain. Add the roundings but not much more

It is mostly brand new there and it is the new up and coming place a bit like Portal Nous, fairly quiet there compared with Palma which has too much traffic noise.
Each to his own, I guess. I thought Adriano was a bit grim and souless when we were in Majorca. Yes Club de Mar is noisier but it's closer to the airport and within easy walking distance of the attractions in Palma. I don't know why you'd pay more to be in Adriano
