Incidentally Deacons Boat Yard has decided to go upmarket and have a new image.
They will be installing a bunch of new pontoons.
However, things don't look good. The first stage was to have roped parking bays outside Aladdins. The idea was probably great on paper but the implementaion is awful. Looks more approriate to pig farming.
I hope they are reading this because it just looks sh**e.

we get 5% for paying up front
but with a 4% increase this year having had prices held for 4 yrs.

Better access than Tidemill - so much water that last weekend we had 3.0m over the cill. Only on the East Coast is that considered a lot

We need a marina directory on here which could potentially cover the East coast better than what's already available, bearing in mind I'm hearing about places on here I've never heard about
All we need is the name of the marina, cost, facilities and access ?
