Beneteau Cyclades 39.3 Folding Prop?

Hi, I am new here and am looking for advice on fitting a folding prop to my recently acquired Cyclades 393. Does anyone know the spec of the shaft on these boats; diameter, taper and keyway sizes? The boat is in Greece so I cant go and measure. Also is a Volvo folding prop a good idea? Is is the usual Yanmar 3HJ4E engine

I can’t answer your question but in your position I would start by asking a UK Beneteau Dealer for advice. I’ve always found them to be very helpful.

Speak to any of the folding prop manufacturers they will have a database of boats, engines and what they have fitted in the past.

Thanks both. I have been in touch with Clipper marine and they confirm a standard taper on a 25mm shaft, 6mm keyway so I am going to fit a Volvo pents folding prop as I have had better experience with them than with Flexofold.
