I cannot find any reference in the Manual as to whether the steering is by cable or hydraulic. It looks like a it has a hydraulic ram but I cannot see any pump unit, and I also need to establish the pump size. Can any 760 owners help please. Thank you seasick

Mine is a 2000 model but I believe the design did not change throughout the production period. It is a single push pull cable so no maintenance required other than lubricating the joint to the steering arm. If yours is (has been changed to ) hydraulic then the pump would usually be directly behind (ahead of) the steering wheel.

As above mine is a 2004 and its a push pull cable
