Beneteau 393 Oceanis Clipper 2004 aft shower problems - help wanted

Has anyone had issues with draining aft shower ? We have fitted new pump and checked there are no blockages but it still won’t pump out aargh!

Sorry if it's obvious but have you checked that the filter is not blocked?

Yes filter and all pipes are clear

Drain pump wrong way round?

Have you opened the valve under the sink (assuming its the same as the 343). And just to be clear is the pump actually running?
