On the deck of a Beneteau 1998 First 300 Spirit, there are these 3 double foot blocks (organisers) Does anyone know where I could source new ones, or even new sheaves? Any links, ideas & advice greatly appreciated. Andy.

You can get various new sheaves from a lot of chandlers like Sailboats.co.uk, or your local chandler may have a catalogue of Allen/Holt/RWO/Barton and others.
You may get lucky on ebay, you need to know the bore and width, you can probably get away with the diameter being a few mm either way.
There are a few people who make bespoke sheaves and anchor rollers etc, finding a bloke with a lathe and a length of Acetal/Delrin bar is one way ahead. These people sometimes advertise on ebay.
Very often they just need a strip, clean, lube exercise.

There are various sellers on eBay who will make custom roller, bushes, sheeves etc from a range of materials if you get stuck.
